Stamp collector

With all this talk of stamps... here are a few nice ones dug from the mounds of postcards, books, records etc collected on a recent 2 month adventure in Europe. I am slowly getting this hoard together and hope to put up another blog to present my findings over this time. A retrospective visual diary, if you will. Upstarts, round 3

The Upstarts programme stepped up a gear this week as Zinc handed us a live brief, a submission to An Post for their 2010 greetings stamps series. Some very interesting work was presented at the Rathmines studio on Monday evening, with several diverse responses to the strict specifications set down. The confidential nature of the meeting meant Officeless photographers were denied entry to the venue, but stay tuned to this broadcast over the next few weeks to see how this ongoing project develops.
